- For the noodles
- Heat chilli oil in a saucepan, saute garlic & capsicum. Stir for a minute. Add noodles, salt & toss. Keep aside.
- For the salsa
- Heat a pan, add tomatoes, garlic & salt. Mix, add water & cover. Cook on slow flame till the tomatoes soften. Add sugar & mash well. Keep aside.
- For the dumplings
- Mix potatoes, vegetables, green chilies, red chilli powder, lime juice, salt. Make small balls & flatten them.
- Mix grated cheese & bread crumbs gently to roll the dumplings. Shallow fry & keep aside.
- For the plating
- Roll portions of noodles in a fork & place on the centre of the plate.
- Spread some salsa & grated cheese on the noodles.
- Put 3 dumplings, spread salsa, & finally more grated cheese on the top.
