  2. Get to taste Salt
  3. Prepare 1 drizzle of olive to coat peelings

  4. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and spread out the potato peelings and transfer to the oven.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Transfer onto a plate and sprinkle with more salt if desired and serve immediately.
