  4. Add, the roast to crockpot. Sprinkle the Au Jus packet, and ranch packet on top of the roast.Then lay the butter on top of roast.
  5. Now top the roast with a few of the pepperoncinis. They are not hot at all! Then put on low for 6-8 hours.
  6. Serve with rice, or potatoes and veggies. This makes a lot of gravy.
