Instructions to make Chicken Momos:
  1. Knead the maida, a pinch of salt and water into a stiff dough. Keep aside for a while. Mix together all the other ingredients for the filling. Keep aside.

  3. Steam for 20-25 minutes in a steamer or pressure cooker (without the vent). Serve hot with soup or can be had as it is.
