  5. Take 1 egg white , lightly beaten

Instructions to make Whole Wheat pancake:
  1. Its a Saturday!! I finally made one of my heartly list. Its been a ongoing process with similar breakfast almost everyday during weekdays. Though working or not we wait for a weekend morning to be in particular. As the day ends I look back to a time waking up with a broad stretch and a bright sunshine through my bedroom window. This morning I make a point to make something unique for my family. And ofcourse a point where I dont result in size gain for a army man ;).
  2. So heres a super creamy pancakes where I served my junior as well - A thick fluffy pancake made with buttermilk and cinnamon. Enjoy!
  3. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Note: Batter will be kinda thick. If it is too thick  add a tablespoon of water at a time until desired consistency.
  5. Heat a large skillet or griddle that has been sprayed with non-stick butter flavored cooking spray.
  6. Spoon two good sized heaping tablespoon fulls of the batter into the skillet per pancake and spread out slightly. Let cook like a regular pancake and then flip, allowing to cook another minuet or so. Serve!
