The ingredients needed to make Roast Pork:
  1. Take 2 kg Pork Loin
  2. Get 1 pinch Basil
  3. Get 1 pinch Coriander
  4. Prepare 1 dash vegetable oil or olive oil
  5. Take 1/2 liter Boiling water
Instructions to make Roast Pork:
  1. Set oven to 180°C.Place the Pork Loin in a tray, if the tray is too large cut the loin in half and turn both pieces with the length across the way.
  2. Put a dash of oil ( your choice) on to the Pork Loin and rub it over the top.
  3. Using boiled water from the kettle pour around the pork and to the sides of the dish.
  4. Once done add herbs such as coriander and basil over the meat. You may add other herbs like Sage e.t.c
  5. Place aluminium foil over the dish and once the oven is preheated place in the middle.
  6. Leave foil on for around 30 minutes and then take it off and put the dish back into the oven.
  7. Leave the dish in the oven for another hour and a half, feel free to turn down temperature if needed. Take out when ready.
  8. A range of foods can be used to occupany the Roast Pork , such as steamed vegetables and New potatoes. It is complimented well with gravy.
