Steps to make Chicken Fried Momos:
  1. First step to prepare dough. In dough you have to add all purpose flour, salt, 2 2 tsp oil and knead it very soft and smooth with lukm warm Water. Keep it aside for 30 mins. Momo dough is ready
  2. Second step to prepare chicken fillings. Take one heavy bottom fry pan add chicken mince, salt, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste mix it well.cook until chicken get cooked and absorb all the water. Cool down the chicken than add onion, coriander, chillies, soya sauce and mix all the ingredients gently
  3. Third step to warp the momos. Knead the dough again make small balls of dough and roll it like a puri, than add chicken stuffing in it and fold it to give a nice shape and deep fry it in hot oil and enjoy with momos chutney
  4. Sauce preparation:boil the tomatoes, chillies with 1 cup of water until it become soft, cool it down and blend it well in mixer. In fry pan add oil and chopped ginger sauté for a minute and the tomatoes puree and cook it until it started leaving oil form side than add soya sauce and salt mix it well. Momos chutney is ready.
