  3. Keep cooking gently on second side until the portions are brown and start to separate, (check if unsure by cutting open a piece to see it it has gone from dark burgundy to dark grey all the way through.)Do not over- cook!
  4. Serve with side dish of choice, (I used “ microwave in 2 minutes” rice!!) Enjoy!!
