Instructions to make Crispy Honey Chilli Potatoes:
  1. Half Boil the potatoes and cut them into long pieces like the fries.
  2. Dust them with maida, rice flour and a bit of oil.
  3. Mix Maida, Rice flour salt and water to make a nice batter.
  4. Coat the dusted potatoes with the batter generously and fry them once in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Fry the potatoes for the second time so that the potato strips become crisp.
  6. Add oil to a pan and add the sesame seeds.
  7. Add the Chopped Garlic, Ginger and Chilli followed by Diced onion and capsicum.
  8. Sauté the vegetables until semi-cooked and add a pinch of brown sugar.
  9. Add the tablespoons of Schezwan sauce, Red chilli sauce, Soya sauce, Tomato sauce and salt as desired.
  10. Allow the sauce mixture to cook for about 5 minutes and add a few tablespoons of honey depending on your liking.
  11. Once this is ready, mix the fried potatoes and toss them gently for a few minutes.
  12. Garnish it with finely chopped spring onion and now the Crispy Honey Chilli Potatoes is ready!
