  1. First of all boil take water in a pan. Add chicken, ginger garlic paste, vinegar and salt and cook it from 10-12 minutes. When cooked take it out and put aside.
  2. Also boil Macaroni, potatoes and eggs in separate pans. Peel off potatoes and eggs. Rins Macaroni with cold water and keep all aside.
  3. Chop chicken, potatoes, eggs, apples, pineapple and cabbage in small size, neither fat nor too thin.
  4. Now in a bowl take mayonnaise, cream, milk, salt, and mix it. Then add all ingredients one by one and mix well.
