  5. place the remaining of the crumbled up cheese , on top , all over and around , covering all the top . then drizzle with a little olive oil .
  6. sprinkle one small pinch of brown sugar on top and place filled foil case under a hot grill and cook on high until cheese has melted and Caramelized a little on top , the brown sugar will help it Caramelize nicely .
