  10. Add the broth and the beef stock and bring to the boil.add the carrots and Turn down and the Spinach and stir. Then add the lot to an oven proof dish with a lid and cook on 170 for 2 hours.
  11. 20 minute near the end add the Dumplings and pineapple stir in and cook for 20 minutes.
  12. Serve with Mashed Potatoe of french fries. Or in a bowl with crusty bread.
