  1. Pressure cook the chicken mince with little water and set aside.The water of chicken mince can be reserved to make a healthy chicken soup.
  2. Steam the vegetables and set aside.Squeeze out excess water.Heat oil in a wok and lightly fry the onion with little salt.Then add the minced ginger and garlic.Add the chicken mince and toss.Add the steamed vegetables,little salt,pepper powder,chopped green chillies,pinch of ajinomoto,chilli and soya sauce and fry till dry.If making veg momo minced chicken to be omitted.
  3. Knead flour with refined oil,baking powder and little salt.Cover and set aside for half hour.Roll out thin round puris and cut the edges with a medium round steel bowl with sharp edges to get perfect round and similar shapes. Alternatively use readymade wonton sheets.
  4. Place little cooked stuffing in the middle and gather the edges and twist.Momos can be round or semicircular.
  5. Grease a steamer pan and place the momos leaving a space between each.Steam for 10-15 minutes and serve hot with a tangy chilli garlic tomato ketchup.
