  2. Add the oil, vinegar, herbs and honey /sugar and coat the veg well.
  3. Add the chopped sausages and mix into the veg
  4. Cover the dish with foil and cook for an hour on 180°c
  5. Remove from the oven and stir well. Add your chickpeas and feta and stir again
  6. Return to the oven for 20 minutes without the foil.
  7. Serve in warm bowls with some crusty bread
