  1. Wash apple,peel it and cut into cubes. Heat kadai. Add oil. When the oil is hot add mustard seeds, bay leaf and,dry red chilli. Saute it for few minutes. Add chopped apples. Fry it for 3 minutes. Add red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, salt and cardamom powder, jaggery. Add water. Cover and cook for 4 minutes or till apple become tender.
  2. Take out lid. Mashed it. Add chopped raisins. Mix…well. Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with remaining raisins. Ready to serve……
