  1. Take 1 kg Potato medium sized
  2. Prepare 1.5 Cup Refined flour (Maida)
  3. Prepare 1/8 Cup Soy sauce
  4. Take 1/8 Cup Chili Sauce
  5. Take 1/8 Cup vinegar
  6. Take 2 Tbs Salt
  7. Prepare 1 Tsp Red Chili powder
  8. Get 1 Tsp Black pepper powder
  9. Make ready 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  10. Make ready 1/2 Tsp dried Oregano
  11. Get Cooking oil
Steps to make Crispy Potato Wedges:
  1. Without peeling cut each potato in to eight wedges.
  2. Fill a pot with sufficient water add one Tbs salt and put on the flame.
  3. When water starts boiling add Wedges and just boil for 5 minutes only.
  4. Drain water from Wedges and let them cool for some time.
  5. After cooling add soy sauce, chili sauce and vinegar to Wedges and merinate five minute.
  6. In a bowl add flour, 1 Tbs salt, red chili powder, Black pepper powder, garlic powder and Oregano and mix well. It's the dry mixture.
  7. Now dip each wedge into dry mixture and coat it well. Place coated Wedges into a tray. Wedges can be freezed in this form and can be used later.
  8. Now you can either bake the Wedges in oven over baking tray but slightly oils the Wedges and bakes at 150 °C.
  9. Or simply deep fry the Wedges over medium heat.
