- Mix chicken kheema with garlic, green chilles, egg, pepper powder, salt & soya sauce. Mix well & keep this mixture aside.
- Now in a bowl add the flour, salt, oil & water & knead a stiff dough.
- Roll out like small circular disc. Add a spoonful of chicken mixture in centre & seals the ends. Steam in a steamer until done.. momos are ready!
- Now in a pan heat oil. Add the chopped garlic & saute for few minutes. Add the onions capsicum & cook on high heat. Add the sauces, salt, black pepper powder & cook until water evaporates. Add the momos. Stir gently. Cover & cook for few minutes.
- Serve hot
