  1. Heat a deap pan over medium heat add olive oil and onions and cook for about 20mins on medium low stirring frequently till lightly caramelized.
  2. Pat dry brisket with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Heat skillet and sear brisket on all sides till nice and brown, remove from pan and pop in slow cooker.
  3. Crush garlic cloves on top of brisket and scatter onion around and on top of meat.
  4. Put skillet back on heat and heat up stock, Worcester sauce and soy sauce pour over brisket.
  5. Cook on low heat in slow cooker 6-8 hours till tender then remove from slow cooker wrap in foil and let rest for 20 mins.
