  1. Fill crockpot to the top with apples. Add all ingredients. Cook on low heat for 3 to 5 hrs
  2. Whisk apples in about 3 hrs . Ready when mushed easily and thickens.
  3. Pour in jars and place in freezer or fridge. Will last about a week in the fridge.
