  1. Slice the veggies as i told earlier and finely chopped Coriander leaves.
  2. Slice potatoes into thin pieces like this.
  3. In a kadhai, add oil, turmeric and red chilli powder, pinch of salt(not too much because the butter has salt).
  4. Add the sliced potatoes and fry them for 15 mins under medium flame followed by the garlic,until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the corners of 2 pieces of bread and spread the butter on one side for both pieces.
  6. On the same side where butter is applied, spread Ketchup on one slice and mayonnaise on another slice.
  7. Spread the sliced veggies(cucumber,onion,tomato,potato,garlic) each 2 pieces.
  8. Sprinkle white pepper over the veggies, and Coriander leaves.
  9. Place cheese slice and sprinkle black pepper over the other bread piece amd then close both the pieces and cut accross as triangles and serve(you can also use mint chutney instead of ketchup, it will taste gud)
  10. The yummy sandwich is ready to serve
